Shipping And Delivery

Deliveries are made using Australia Post. Please note that all orders are trackable. 

For deliveries made overseas, the cost is calculated by weight and country. This variable cost will be displayed before confirming your order. Medcure always endeavours to ensure that your delivery arrives as soon as possible. The guidelines are as follows: 

While checking out, you'll have a chance to review your information before submitting your order. 

Buyers are responsible for an additional shipping charge of $15 when an item is being shipped for the second time as the original address provided was incorrect. 

Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the processing of orders within Australia.  

Please also note that delivery time varies according to destinations around Australia. 

Deliveries are subject to Australia Post and Courier (special request) operations and are subject to seasonal variations and adverse weather conditions. For any updates on your delivery, please log into your account. In cases where you have not received your order within the timescales mentioned above, please send a mail to connect@medcure.com.au

Shipper

Delivery orders made with within Australia are done through Australia Post and Regular Post. You will find further information about Australia Post and what services it offers through its website link. 

Express Deliveries 

We welcome any request to dispatch orders urgently through Express Post. In such situations, shipping charges are higher than regular posts. Please put the order through and select DIRECT DEPOSIT as a payment option to ensure we receive the order. Our customer service team will calculate Express Post charges and provide you with a final quote for payment. 

Tracking

All orders are trackable and the tracking number for each consignment will be provided to the customer. In order to check the status of your delivery, please visit the Australia Post tracking link: https://auspost.com.au/track. 

Shipping Charges 

Shipping charges are based on calculated weight and the destination postcode of Melbourne. Our website calculates the shipping cost which is then displayed to the customer before the order is confirmed. If you believe that one or more of the charges have not been correctly calculated, do contact us immediately.  

Processing Time 

We attempt to ship within 24- 48 hours for an order received with payment confirmation. In the event of items being out of stock, the delivery may be delayed until they have been re-stocked which may result in a delay of up to and not limited to 14 days. 

Deliveries will occur during business hours (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
